Our calculators run in your browser. When you submit a seller review request, buyer application or other inquiry, we send your contact details and answers to our GoHighLevel account for review.
Property and contact details
Draft answers stay in page memory until submitted and clear when you reload. Submitted answers are stored with your contact record in GoHighLevel, accessible to authorized account users. We use them to review your request and respond by your chosen method. Do not include financial account numbers, IDs, or sensitive documents.
Submission records
Our server keeps delivery identifiers and status for up to 30 days to prevent duplicate submissions. CRM records remain until removed through our record-management process; contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Request-specific consent does not enroll you in automated marketing or texts.
Optional weekly newsletter
Our separate newsletter signup asks for your name, email and express permission to receive weekly YinzHome emails. We store your signup and a timestamped consent record in GoHighLevel. Property inquiries do not subscribe you. Each newsletter will provide an unsubscribe link; you can also email us to withdraw consent. Existing email opt-outs remain in place.
Site access and third-party links
Our hosting provider processes technical request data to deliver and protect this website. Images and external links may involve third-party services. Submitted inquiries and applications use GoHighLevel. Google Analytics is disabled on our preview hostname.
Optional analytics on our public website
On yinzhome.com, Google Analytics loads only if you accept analytics. It uses cookies and processes page visits, successful inquiry or newsletter submissions, phone-link clicks, device/browser information and technical connection data to help us understand website use. Our analytics configuration excludes query strings, full referring URLs, form answers and calculator amounts. With analytics consent, we also keep a broad traffic-source category and selected entry-page category in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes, and include them in analytics and any inquiry you submit. We do not retain raw campaign text or full referring URLs for this purpose. These categories are inferred, not proof of how a person found us. A phone-link click does not establish that a call took place; advertising features are disabled. You can decline without losing access to our tools, or change your choice through Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page. We store that preference in your browser. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not erase data already received by Google.
